April is the Coolest Month

Hello fellow movie-lovers!

I thought about what spring feature would be good for this site, and I had an idea: Shukti Goes To The Oscars! Well, sort of.

Since the summer schlockbusters aren’t out yet, and the holiday stuff is long gone, this April I am going to review Oscar winners from this year, and years past. I already started with this year’s best picture winner, No Country For Old Men, and I’m going to work backwards, year by year, getting as many Best Picture winners screened and reviewed for you by April 30th as possible. I am going to see if I can’t work my way back to the very first Oscar ever given out.
